Safety to personnel and the environment is at the core of our business. At STI, we are constantly working to ensure we perform our duties safely and efficiently.

We understand the importance of our employees and the value provided to our customers through their progression and continuing education. In an effort to ensure our employees meet and exceed the needs of our customers, we require all STI employees to receive customer and industry-standard certifications, training, and experience. Along with our in-house training, SSE training, and quality assurance program, our technicians and inspectors receive regular comprehensive assessments to evaluate competence and understanding, as well as ongoing training in response to internal and external audits and assessments.
