Todd Bascle
Todd Bascle started his career Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in 1988. Todd brings extensive expertise across welding fabrication, construction, oil and gas production, refining, and the petrochemical industry. His career reflects a strong foundation in inspection, testing, and quality assurance across both new construction and in-service equipment. As Director of the Consulting and Testing Group at STI, LLC, Todd serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), and API Certified Inspector. He leads the development and implementation of comprehensive data management programs, enabling clients to effectively monitor, maintain, and optimize the integrity and performance of their assets. Todd’s broad industry knowledge and leadership ensure that clients receive reliable, compliant, and forward-thinking inspection solutions tailored to complex operational environments.
Jason Hebert
As a member of the non-destructive testing & inspection community since 2001 Jason Hebert has achieved a lot thought his career. He has extensive knowledge in radiation safety, adult education & instruction, x-ray and gamma ray inspections, HSE Safety, DOT Hazmat, and extensive knowledge concerning radiation regulatory requirements and radiation producing devices of all types. With his vast knowledge in these disciplines there are questions he won’t have an answer for or find the answer you are searching for. He is a valuable resource to have around.
Jason Hebert started in NDT in 2001 where he conducted the duties of Radiation Safety Officer, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, HSE Corporate Manager, Regional & Corporate Radiation Safety Officer, at a multitude of inspection companies. Jason is a military war veteran with a degree in communication from US Army Signal Corp, & a technical degree in Applied Sciences from South Louisiana Community College & Louisiana Technical College. He has also been an ASNT Level III Radiographer for 10 years consecutive and does continuing education classes to learn new skills.
Alex Lemoine
Alex Lemoine has been in the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry since 2007, building a career in radiography. As NDT Operations Manager at Southern Tool Inspection, he leads teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, developing skilled technicians and delivering reliable results for clients.
